What People Are Saying About Us Online

We had a great experience with Eric & his family. He was professional, showed up on time every day with his crew, and kept the project on track without trying to nickel and dime us. We had limited knowledge about asbestos removal, so we really appreciated that he didn’t take advantage of that. No surprise charges or unnecessary upselling. We had some old appliances that he took out of the house and got rid of free of change.

We even added some additional demo work mid-project, and he was flexible and willing to accommodate the changes without issue. The drywall demo was done carefully, and the house was left spotless. We felt confident and well taken care of. We’ll definitely be calling them again when we’re ready to move forward with removing our siding.
Brick Asbestos & Demolition did an outstanding job demolishing a house and two outbuildings and removing lots of debris from an adjacent property I bought that I wanted to return to a natural state to expand my yard. This property had many trees and plants that I wanted protected during the demolition process. They did an excellent job and nothing was damaged. Notably, there was a full-sized catalpa tree literally inches from the barn that was removed. They removed the barn structure using only electric saws and manual labor to prevent any damage to the tree. Chris's communication and project management during the entire project was excellent. I felt like I had a true partner who understood my objectives. When he found about 20 bags of topsoil among the debris to be removed, he set those aside to spread them at the end along with top soil and wood chips to cover the back fill. They recycled everything that was recyclable in the house and on the grounds. I couldn't have been more pleased.
Great work from beginning to end. Extremely thorough & pleasure to deal with!

Their expertise protects property owners from exposure risks, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides safe environments for families, tenants, and employees.

Selective demolition involves carefully removing specific portions of a structure while preserving the rest- for example, removing walls for renovations, garage teardowns, or kitchen gutting. Complete demolition, on the other hand, tears down entire structures. Selective demolition requires more precision, while complete demolition focuses on full removal. Square footage pricing can vary depending on the scope of work, project complexity, and materials involved. Brick Asbestos & Demolition specializes in both approaches. Our experienced team can perform surgical demolition to preserve architectural features you want to keep, or efficiently complete total teardowns. We'll assess your goals and recommend the most cost-effective approach for your specific project.

Protecting your property is a top priority at Brick Asbestos & Demolition. We use protective barriers around work areas, strategic equipment placement to minimize lawn damage, and careful debris management to prevent damage to existing structures, driveways, and landscaping. Our experienced operators use precision techniques rather than brute force, and we conduct thorough site assessments to identify and protect valuable features like mature trees, gardens, or hardscaping. Any unavoidable damage is discussed upfront, and we work with you to minimize and address impacts. With over 38 years of experience, we know how to work efficiently while preserving what matters to you.
